Our Mission
Strategic Hebrew promotes Hebrew language acquisition through real life experiences that are both practical and fun. Based on the premise that the most memorable language learning takes place in a participatory and supportive setting, conversation centers engage student interest by building lessons around activities that are meaningful and motivating to them. Strong Hebrew competency offers cognitive and social benefits, including access to original Jewish texts and stronger affiliation with Jewish peoplehood.
Each מרכז שיחה maintains a welcoming attitude of openness and support, where the participants are free to test their language skills, make mistakes and learn the lessons that are part of the natural language learning process. All programs are taught in an immersion setting with a focus on strategy development and metacognitive reflection.
